Asyntai's Pipedrive integration connects your website chatbot to your Pipedrive CRM. The bot keeps answering visitors 24/7 on your site, and whenever it captures a lead — an email or phone number — that person is automatically added to Pipedrive, with a lead filed in your Leads inbox ready for follow-up. No manual export, no copy-paste; every prospect your chatbot talks to lands in your CRM.

The integration uses Pipedrive's OAuth and Persons API. After you connect your account, Asyntai creates a person in Pipedrive each time the chatbot collects a visitor's email or phone, and files a lead so your sales team sees it in the Leads inbox. Existing people are matched by email so you never get duplicates. It's a one-way push from Asyntai to Pipedrive — nothing is changed on your website or in the chat experience.

Follow these steps to connect Asyntai to your Pipedrive account:

Visit the Pipedrive connection page in your Asyntai dashboard:

Log in to your Asyntai account if prompted.
Authorize in Pipedrive
You'll be redirected to Pipedrive. Choose the account you want to connect and approve the requested permissions (access to contacts and leads). Pipedrive sends you back to Asyntai and the connection is saved.
You're Done
There's nothing else to configure. Your chatbot keeps running on your website exactly as before — from now on, every lead it captures is sent to your Pipedrive CRM automatically.
Mẹo: Turn on lead capture and customize your AI's behavior from your Asyntai Dashboard so the bot reliably asks visitors for their email or phone during conversations.
What Gets Synced
- The visitor's email and/or phone number when captured in chat
- People are matched by email — existing records are kept, new visitors are created with a lead in your Leads inbox
- The sync runs automatically the moment a lead is captured; no action needed from you

Gỡ cài đặt
Disconnect from your Asyntai dashboard, or uninstall the Asyntai app from Pipedrive under Settings → Tools and apps → Marketplace apps. Lead syncing stops immediately; people already in Pipedrive are unaffected.
