Thinkific Integration

Add the Asyntai chat assistant to your Thinkific school, so students ask instead of searching

Overview

Thinkific is a platform for selling and running online courses. The Asyntai app puts the chat assistant on your school, so your students can ask a question on any page instead of sending you an email. You paste no code anywhere.

How It Works

You install the app from the Thinkific App Store and give it permission to add a script. Asyntai then adds the chat assistant to your landing pages and to the course player. Nothing else about your school changes, and you can see the script in your Thinkific app settings at any time.

Requirements

  • An Asyntai account. Creating one is free, and the Free plan is enough to test the widget.
  • A Thinkific site on any plan
  • The Site Owner account, because only the owner can install an app

Installation

Follow these steps to add Asyntai to your Thinkific school:

Install the App

Open the Thinkific App Store, find Asyntai, and press Install. Thinkific asks you to allow the app to add a script to your site.

Sign In to Asyntai

Thinkific sends you to Asyntai. Sign in, or create a free account. This links your school to the assistant that answers.

Choose Which Website Answers

If you have more than one website in Asyntai, pick the one whose knowledge the assistant should use. With only one website, this step is skipped.

Open Your School

That is all. Open your school and the chat bubble is there, on your landing pages and inside the course player.

Tip: Add your documents, questions and answers, and your instructions in the Asyntai Dashboard before you publish, so the assistant answers properly from the first visitor.

Answering Student Questions

Asyntai reads the pages of your school and any documents you add. Students then get an answer about your course content, your schedule or your refund rules at the moment they ask, instead of waiting for a reply.

What the App Adds

  • One script that loads the Asyntai chat assistant with your widget ID
  • It runs on your landing pages and in the course player
  • It loads after your page, so your school stays fast
  • It adds the assistant once per page, even in the course player, which never reloads

Removing It

Remove the Asyntai app in your Thinkific app settings. The script goes with it and the chat bubble disappears from your school.

Privacy

The app reads no student data and no course data. It only adds the chat script. Asyntai receives data when a student opens the chat and writes a message, and nothing before that. Privacy policy.

Plans & Pricing

The app is free, and the widget works on every Asyntai plan, including the Free plan. Each plan includes a monthly number of messages, shared across your website widget and all your integrations. Paid plans raise that number. View pricing.
