CS-Cart Integration

Add the Asyntai AI chat widget to your CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor store, without touching your code

Overview

The Asyntai add-on puts the chat widget on your CS-Cart storefront. You install the add-on, paste your widget ID, and the chat button appears in the corner of every page. You edit no template and paste no code into your theme.

How It Works

The add-on adds one script tag at the end of the storefront page. The tag loads the chat widget with your widget ID. The store database is not changed and no core file is touched, so an upgrade of CS-Cart cannot break it.

Requirements

  • An Asyntai account. Creating one is free, and the Free plan is enough to test the widget.
  • CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.11.1 or later, with PHP 7.4 or later
  • Administrator access to the store admin panel

Installation

Follow these steps to add Asyntai to your CS-Cart store:

Copy Your Widget ID

Open the Install page in your Asyntai dashboard. Your widget ID is the value of data-asyntai-id in the snippet shown there.

Get the Add-on

Download the Asyntai add-on from the CS-Cart Marketplace. The add-on is free.

Upload It

In the admin panel open Add-ons, then Manage add-ons. Click the plus button, choose Local, and upload the archive. The add-on installs and turns itself on.

Paste Your Widget ID

Open the settings of the Asyntai AI Chatbot add-on. Paste your widget ID into the Widget ID field and click Save.

Check the Storefront

Open your store in a new tab. The chat button is in the corner. The Status line on the settings page also tells you that the widget is live.

Tip: Add your documents, questions and answers, and your instructions in the Asyntai Dashboard before you publish, so the assistant answers properly from the first visitor.

Settings

  • Widget ID: your Asyntai widget ID. The widget stays hidden while this field is empty.
  • Hide the chat on the checkout page: keeps the chat button off the checkout page.
  • Status: tells you whether the widget is live on the storefront.

What the Add-on Does

  • It loads the Asyntai chat widget with the widget ID you entered
  • It loads the widget in the background, so your store pages stay fast
  • It creates no database table and changes no core file
  • It does nothing at all when the widget ID is empty

Removing It

Open Add-ons, then Manage add-ons, and uninstall the Asyntai AI Chatbot add-on. The script tag disappears from your storefront at once and nothing is left behind.

Privacy

The add-on sends no order, customer, or store data to Asyntai. Asyntai receives data only when a visitor opens the chat and writes a message, exactly as it would with a snippet pasted by hand. Privacy policy.

Plans & Pricing

The add-on is free, and the widget works on every Asyntai plan, including the Free plan. Each plan includes a monthly number of messages, shared across your website widget and all your integrations. Paid plans raise that number. View pricing.
