Nuvemshop Integration

Add an AI assistant to your Nuvemshop or Tiendanube store, and let it answer with your real products

Overview

Nuvemshop is the same platform as Tiendanube. It runs under the Nuvemshop name in Brazil and the Tiendanube name in the other countries, and this app works with both. One install does two jobs. It puts the Asyntai chat bubble on your store, and it reads your catalogue into the assistant. You edit no theme file and paste no code.

How It Works

When you install the app, Nuvemshop lets our storefront script run on your store pages. That script loads the chat widget. At the same time we read your products and your content pages through the Nuvemshop API and index them, so the assistant answers with your real names, prices, options and stock instead of guessing.

What the Assistant Can Answer

  • Do you have this shirt in size M, and in blue
  • How much does it cost, and is there a discount right now
  • Is it in stock
  • How long does delivery take, and how do I return something

The first three come from your catalogue. The last one comes from your content pages, so write your shipping and returns pages in your store and the assistant uses them.

Requirements

  • An Asyntai account. Creating one is free, and the Free plan is enough to test the widget.
  • A Nuvemshop or Tiendanube store, on any Nuvemshop plan
  • Permission to install apps in the store, which usually means the store owner account

Installation

Follow these steps to add Asyntai to your store:

Install the App

Open the Nuvemshop App Store, search for Asyntai, and press Install. Nuvemshop shows you the permissions the app asks for.

Accept the Permissions

The app asks to read your products, to read your content pages, and to run a script on your store. It never asks for your orders or your customers.

Sign In to Asyntai

You land on an Asyntai page. Sign in, or create an account there. Your store address and your email are filled in for you.

Choose the Assistant

If you have more than one website in Asyntai, pick the one for this store. If you have only one, we use it.

Open Your Store

The chat bubble is already there. The first catalogue read takes a few minutes for a large store, so give it that time before you ask about a product.

Tip: Add your documents, questions and answers, and your instructions in the Asyntai Dashboard, so the assistant answers properly from the first visitor.

Keeping the Catalogue Fresh

When you add, change or delete a product, Nuvemshop tells us and we read your catalogue again. You do not have to do anything. You can also start a read yourself from the Asyntai dashboard at any time.

What We Read, and What We Do Not

  • We read published products: name, description, category, brand, options, price, promotional price and stock
  • We read your content pages, for example shipping, returns and about us
  • We skip products that are unpublished or hidden, so shoppers are never offered something your store does not show
  • We never read your orders, your customers or your payment data

What the Storefront Script Does

  • It loads the Asyntai chat widget with your widget ID
  • It waits for the first scroll or tap, so your pages stay fast
  • It adds the widget once per page, even if the store fires the script again
  • It uses nothing from your theme, and it changes nothing on your pages

Removing It

Uninstall the app in your Nuvemshop admin panel. The chat bubble disappears from your store at once, and we stop reading your catalogue. You can also disconnect the store from your Asyntai dashboard, which has the same effect.

Privacy

The app reads only what it needs to answer questions about your shop. It writes nothing back to your store apart from the one script that loads the widget. Asyntai receives visitor data only when a shopper opens the chat and writes a message. Privacy policy.

Plans & Pricing

The app is free, and it works on every Asyntai plan, including the Free plan. Each plan includes a monthly number of messages, shared across your store widget and all your integrations. Paid plans raise that number. View pricing.
