Overview
Asyntai allows you to manage multiple websites from a single account. Each website gets its own AI chatbot with separate knowledge base, analytics, and settings.
The number of websites you can add depends on your plan. You can view your current limit and add new websites at any time.
Adding a Website
- Go to Add Website - Click the button above or from your dashboard
- Enter your domain - Type your website domain (e.g., example.com)
- Click Add Website - Your new website is ready to configure
Options when adding
Two optional settings appear on the add form:
- Set a name - Give the agent its own name, shown in your list instead of the domain. Useful when one website has several agents.
- Read this website now - On by default. The AI reads up to 50 pages so it can answer about you. Turn it off if you would rather add the knowledge yourself, or if another agent already covers this site.
No website?
You do not need a website. Choose I don't have a website on the add form and simply name the agent instead. It starts empty, and you add what it should know afterwards.

Website Limits by Plan
Each plan includes a different number of websites:
Tip: Need more websites? Upgrade your plan to increase your limit. If you need more than 20 websites, contact us at [email protected] for custom options.
Managing Existing Websites
From the Manage AI Agents page, you can:
Edit Website Name
Change the display name for your website
Delete Website
Remove a website you no longer use from your account
Deleting a Website
- Go to the Manage AI Agents page
- Click Delete - Next to the website you want to remove
- Type the domain - Confirm by typing the website domain exactly
Note: Deleting a website removes its chat history, knowledge base and settings from your account, and the chatbot stops working on that website. You cannot delete your only website.
Switching Between Websites
When you have multiple websites, you can switch between them from any page:
- Website dropdown - Located in the header on most pages
- Dashboard selector - Quick access from your main dashboard
- Automatic switching - Settings and analytics update instantly

Domain Format
When adding a website, you can enter the domain in various formats - the system will normalize it automatically:
