Asyntai AI Agent for Jira Service Management

Every customer request arrives with the answer already written. Asyntai reads it, drafts a reply from your own content, and leaves it on the issue as an internal comment. Your agent reads, edits, sends.

Your Queue, With The Homework Done

The slow part of a service desk is not typing the reply. It is finding out what the reply should be.

A Jira Service Management request with a suggested reply as an internal comment

The Draft Is There Before The Agent Is

Moments after a request arrives, an internal comment appears on the issue with a full suggested reply, written from your own documentation. Your agent opens a ticket that already has an answer on it rather than an empty comment box.

A follow-up draft written from the whole request conversation

Follow-Ups Know What Was Already Tried

When a customer comments again, the draft takes the whole thread into account, including the replies your agents already sent. It moves the request forward instead of sending somebody back to the spam folder for a second time.

What the integration writes and what it never touches in Jira

It Writes Drafts, And Nothing Else

Suggestions are internal comments and never public replies. Status, assignee, priority and SLA are untouched, and the moment an agent comments, Asyntai stops writing for that request altogether.

Made For A Service Desk, Not A Demo

A suggestion only saves time if sending it does not mean rewriting it first.

Internal Comments Only

Every draft is written as an internal comment. There is no configuration that could accidentally make it public, because the integration never asks to post one.

Answers From Your Content

Prices, policies and setup steps come from your own website and documents. Where your content is silent, the draft says it does not know rather than inventing something.

Steps Back For People

Once one of your agents comments, no further drafts are written for that request. The AI never argues with a colleague who has already picked it up.

Replies In Their Language

A request written in Spanish comes back with a Spanish draft. Your team can cover 36 languages from one set of English documentation.

Start With One Project

Every service project is covered by default, or name the project keys and only those teams get suggestions while you decide whether you like it.

Two Minutes To Connect

Approve the Atlassian permissions and it starts working. There is no app to build, no server to run and nothing to install on your site.

Give your agents a first draft on every request

They keep the final word. They just stop starting from a blank box.

How It Works

Three steps, then it runs quietly behind your queue

1

Add Your Content

Point Asyntai at your website and upload the documents your agents answer from, so the drafts know your prices, policies and setup steps.

2

Connect Jira

Approve the Atlassian permissions as a Jira administrator and choose which knowledge base the answers should come from.

3

Open A Request

From then on, every new request and every customer follow-up gets a suggested reply waiting on it as an internal comment.

View Documentation

The answers are written down. Your agents just retype them.

Let the first version write itself and keep your people for the hard requests.

What Asyntai Is Allowed To Do

The connection asks for permission to read requests and write comments, and nothing wider. It cannot change a status, reassign an issue, alter an SLA or reply to a customer. Every draft is an internal comment, which is the same thing your agents use for a private note to each other.

  • Works with Jira Service Management on Atlassian Cloud

What Changes In The Queue

Same team, same tone, considerably less looking things up

Faster First Replies

Most of the wait on a request is an agent working out the answer. When the answer is already on the issue, first response time falls without anybody hurrying.

The Same Answer Twice

Two agents asked the same question give the same reply, because both start from a draft built out of the same documentation rather than from memory.

New Agents Find Their Feet

Someone in their first week can handle routine requests confidently, because the draft shows them what a good answer looks like before they send it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What service desk managers ask before switching it on

Can it reply to a customer by itself?
No. Every suggestion is written as an internal comment, which customers never see, and the integration has no way to post a public reply. Sending is always a person's decision.
What happens when an agent is already working a request?
Asyntai stands down. As soon as somebody other than the reporter comments, no further drafts are written for that request for a while, so your agent is not competing with suggestions while they work.
Can we limit it to one project first?
Yes. By default every service project on the connected site is included, but you can set specific project keys so only those teams receive drafts while you evaluate it.
Where do the answers come from?
From the knowledge base you build in Asyntai — your website, uploaded documents, help pages and your own instructions. When your material does not cover something, the draft says so rather than guessing.
Does it change statuses, assignees or SLAs?
Never. It reads requests and writes internal comments, and that is the whole of what it asks permission to do. Your workflows, queues and SLA clocks work exactly as before.
How do we turn it off?
Disconnect Jira in your Asyntai dashboard. Drafts stop immediately, the subscription to your request events is removed, and the comments already on your issues stay exactly where they are.
