开始连接

访问 Gorgias 连接页面：

连接 Gorgias

在提示时输入您的 Gorgias 子域名。例如，如果您的 Gorgias URL 是mystore.gorgias.com，请输入mystore。

创建您的账户

输入您的网站 URL、电子邮件地址并创建密码。这将创建与您的 Gorgias 商店关联的 Asyntai 账户。

授权连接

您将被重定向到 Gorgias 以授权 Asyntai。点击"允许"以授予访问权限。这将允许 Asyntai 接收聊天消息并发送 AI 回复。

AI 学习您的网站

Asyntai 会自动扫描您的网站，以了解您的产品、服务和常见问题。这大约需要 30-60 秒。

接下来会发生什么

连接成功后，当客户在 Gorgias 中发送聊天消息时，AI 会自动生成并发送回复。AI 会记住完整的对话上下文，以提供自然、连贯的回复。所有对话在 Gorgias 仪表板和 Asyntai 分析中均可查看，您可以在 Asyntai 仪表板中自定义 AI 的指令和个性。

人工坐席接管

当您的某位人工坐席开始在对话中回复时，Asyntai 会自动在该对话中暂停 AI，以免 AI 在您的坐席之上回复。当坐席约 15 分钟无操作后，AI 会自动恢复。此设置按对话分别生效，因此您的其他对话会照常继续收到 AI 的回复。

限制

Gorgias 集成仅限于文本回复。由于平台限制，Asyntai 聊天小部件中的某些功能在 Gorgias 聊天中不受支持，包括产品卡片、图片展示、用户上下文、图像识别和实时数据推送。AI 将提供包含产品链接的文本回复，而非富媒体元素。
