Figma Integration
Put the questions your visitors asked on a FigJam board
Overview
Figma and FigJam are design and whiteboard tools. The Asyntai plugin brings your real visitor questions into them.
Press one button and every question people asked your chatbot appears on the board as sticky notes. The same question from ten visitors becomes one note that says it was asked ten times, so the biggest topics stand out at once.
Teams use this to plan a help centre, to write a FAQ page, or to start a workshop with what customers really ask.
How It Works
Asyntai answers your visitors on your website and keeps every chat.
The plugin reads those chats through the Asyntai API. It groups the same question together, counts how often people asked it, and puts the most asked question first.
Each sticky note holds the question, the page the visitor was on, the country, and the topic. In a Figma design file the plugin writes cards instead, so you can drop real questions straight into a FAQ layout.
Requirements
- A Figma account
- An Asyntai account on the Starter plan or higher, because the plugin uses the Asyntai API
Installation
Follow these steps to add Asyntai to Figma:
Get Your API Key
Sign in to Asyntai, open Settings, then API, and copy your API key.
Install the Plugin
In Figma, open the Community tab, search for Asyntai, and press Open in Figma.
Paste the API Key
Open a FigJam board, run the plugin, and paste your key into the API key box. Press Connect. The key stays on your computer, so you type it one time.
Add the Questions
Choose the website, the period and how many questions you want. Press Add to board. The notes appear under everything already on the board, and the board scrolls to them.
What Is on a Sticky Note
The question is at the top of the note. The small line under it holds:
- How many visitors asked the same question, when more than one did
- The page the visitor was on
- The country of the visitor
- The topic Asyntai gave the chat
Tip: Choose All websites to mix the questions from every chatbot on your account, or pick one website to keep the board about one product.
Using It in a Design File
The plugin runs in a normal Figma design file as well. There it writes a card for each question instead of a sticky note. Each card is an auto layout frame, so you can restyle it, or drop it into a FAQ design.
Removing It
Open the Figma Community tab, find Asyntai under your saved plugins, and press Remove. Your API key goes with it.
Privacy
The API key is kept by Figma on your own computer. Chats that carry an email address or a phone number never reach the board. Privacy policy.
Plans & Pricing
The plugin is free. It uses the Asyntai API, which needs the Starter plan or higher. View pricing.
