Coze Integration
Give your Coze bot the knowledge of a whole website
Overview
Coze is a platform for building AI bots. The Asyntai plugin gives those bots a website to draw on.
Point Asyntai at a domain. Asyntai crawls the site, reads the product feed, and keeps both fresh. Your Coze bot then asks that website a question and gets the answer a visitor would get, built from the real pages and the real prices.
The same plugin opens the other side of the website: the chats visitors had, and the email addresses and phone numbers they left.
Tools
The plugin adds six tools to Coze:
- askWebsite — answers a question from the website's pages, products and knowledge base.
- addUrlToKnowledge — reads a URL and stores its content.
- addTextToKnowledge — stores a title and a text you write.
- listLeads — returns visitors who left an email address or a phone number, newest first.
- getConversation — returns every message of one website chat, in order.
- listWebsites — returns each website on the account with its ID and domain.
Requirements
- A Coze account and a workspace. A new account has no workspace, so create a team first.
- An Asyntai account on the Starter plan or higher, because the plugin uses the Asyntai API
Installation
Follow these steps to add Asyntai to Coze:
Get Your API Key
Sign in to Asyntai, open Settings, then API, and copy your API key.
Add the Plugin
In Coze, open Library, press Resources, and choose Plugin. Find Asyntai in the plugin store and add it.
Connect Your Account
Press Authorize on the plugin. Coze opens Asyntai, you sign in, and you approve the connection. Coze then holds a connection to your account, not your API key.
Add a Tool to a Bot
Open a bot, press Plugins in the Skills panel, and choose Asyntai. Start with askWebsite.
Working With Several Websites
Every tool takes an optional website_id. Leave it empty and the tool uses the primary website on the account.
Run listWebsites once to see the ID of each website, then set the ID on the tool. One Asyntai account holds many websites, so one Coze workspace can serve many clients.
Keeping the Conversation
askWebsite takes a session_id. Send the same value on every turn and Asyntai keeps the history of that conversation, so the bot can answer a follow-up question.
Tip: Chain the tools. listLeads gives you a session ID, getConversation shows what that visitor asked, and your bot writes a reply that continues the conversation.
Building It Yourself
You can also build the plugin in your own workspace. Open Library, press Resources, choose Plugin, then Import. Pick URL & Raw data and paste the Asyntai OpenAPI file. Set the authorization to a service token in the header, with the parameter name X-API-Key and your API key as the value. Turn on the Enable switch of each tool, then run each one once in Test Run.
Removing It
Open the bot, find Asyntai in the Plugins list, and remove it. To remove the connection as well, open Library, choose the plugin, and delete it.
