Overview
Integrately is an automation platform. It joins Asyntai to apps such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Trello, Monday.com and hundreds of CRMs, without any code.
Every new chat, lead and ticket from your AI assistant can start an automation. Your team then sees the work where it already works, and nobody watches the chat window all day.

Triggers
A trigger starts your automation. Asyntai sends these the moment they happen:
- Conversation is Started - a visitor sends the first message of a new chat
- Message is Received - a visitor sends a message and the AI answers
- Escalation is Requested - a visitor asks to speak to a person
- Takeover is Started - a team member takes over the chat
- Lead is Created - a visitor leaves an email address or a phone number
- Ticket is Created - the AI opens a support ticket
Actions
An action is the work Integrately does in Asyntai:
- Generate with AI - send a question and get an answer from your own content
- Add Text to Knowledge Base - store a text the assistant must know
- Add URL to Knowledge Base - let Asyntai read a page and store it
- Update AI Instructions - change how the assistant answers
- Search Conversations by Session ID - read a whole chat
- Search Leads by Email - find a visitor who left contact details
- Search Tickets - find tickets by name, website or status
How to Connect
Follow these steps:
Get Your API Key
Open Settings → API in your Asyntai dashboard and press Generate API Key. Copy the key. Keep it safe: it opens your account.
Open the Asyntai App on Integrately
Go to integrately.com/integrations/asyntai and sign in to Integrately, or make a free account.
Choose a Trigger and an Action
Pick what starts the automation, for example Lead is Created in Asyntai, and what happens next, for example a new row in Google Sheets.
Connect Your Asyntai Account
Integrately asks for your Asyntai API key. Paste the key from step 1. Then choose the website the automation works with. An account can hold several websites.
Test It and Turn It On
Send a test message in your chat widget, check the data in Integrately, and turn the automation on.
Tip: the Conversation is Started trigger fires on the first message of a new chat. The widget keeps the chat session in the browser, so open a new private window for each test.
Example Automations
- A visitor leaves an email address, and the lead goes straight to your CRM
- The AI opens a ticket, and your help desk opens the matching ticket
- A visitor asks for a person, and your team gets a Slack message
- Every chat goes to a Google Sheet, so you can read what customers ask for
- A new page on your website is added to the knowledge base by itself
