Overview
Stream Deck is a keypad from Elgato. Every key has a small screen. The Asyntai plugin puts live chat numbers on those screens.
You see how your AI chatbot is doing while you work on something else. Press a key and the matching Asyntai page opens in your browser.
What You Get
- New leads today — visitors who left an email address or a phone number in the chat. Opens your leads page.
- Chats today — conversations your chatbot held today. Opens your dashboard.
- Open tickets — support tickets waiting for a person. You choose the status. Opens your tickets page.
- Messages used — chatbot messages this month against your plan allowance. Opens your dashboard.
Add the same key more than once to watch several websites at the same time.
Requirements
- Stream Deck software 6.5 or later, on Windows 10 or macOS 12 and later
- An Asyntai account on the Starter plan or higher, because the plugin uses the Asyntai API
Installation
Follow these steps to put Asyntai on your Stream Deck:
Get Your API Key
Sign in to Asyntai, open Settings, then API, and copy your API key.
Install the Plugin
Open the Stream Deck software, go to the Marketplace, search for Asyntai, and press Install.
Drag a Key onto the Deck
Find Asyntai AI Chatbot in the action list on the right. Drag New leads today onto any free key.
Paste the API Key
The settings panel opens under the deck. Paste your key into the API key box. The number appears on the key at once.
Tip: One API key covers every Asyntai key on your Stream Deck. You paste it one time.
Settings
Each key has its own settings panel:
- Website — leave it empty to count every website. Type a domain such as
example.com, or the website id from the Asyntai API, to count one website. - Refresh — seconds between checks. The default is 60 and the fastest is 30.
- Status — on the ticket key, choose open, in progress, resolved or closed.
Reading the Key
The key shows the number. A key that shows 99+ has 100 rows or more. A key that shows ! and a yellow triangle could not read Asyntai: check the API key, the website name, and your network.
Removing It
Drag the key off the deck to remove one button. To remove the whole plugin, right click Asyntai AI Chatbot in the action list and choose Uninstall.
Privacy
The plugin runs on your own computer and talks to Asyntai with your API key. Privacy policy.

The plugin is free. It uses the Asyntai API, which needs the Starter plan or higher. View pricing.
