Build your FAQ posts from the questions your visitors really ask
Overview
Canva is a design tool. The Asyntai app brings your website chats into it. Open any design, run the app, and you see the real questions your visitors asked the chatbot, with the answers it gave. Press a button and the text lands in your design.
Your FAQ carousel, your help sheet and your slide deck are built from what customers really want to know, in their own words.
How It Works
Asyntai answers your visitors on your website. Every chat is saved on your account.
The app lists those questions, newest first. You choose the website, the period and a search word. Each question has two buttons: Add question puts the question in the design, and Add question and answer puts both.
The app works in a design of any kind: a social post, a presentation, a document or a whiteboard.
Requirements
- A Canva account
- An Asyntai account on the Starter plan or higher, because the app uses the Asyntai API
Installation
Follow these steps to add Asyntai to Canva:
Open a Design
Sign in to Canva and open any design, or start a new one.
Add the App
In the left bar, press Apps, search for Asyntai, and open it.
Connect Asyntai
Press Connect Asyntai. A new browser tab opens on asyntai.com. Sign in with your usual Asyntai login, choose the website, and press Connect. You never type an API key into Canva.
Go Back to Canva
Return to the Canva tab. The app now lists your visitor questions.
Using the App
The panel has three controls at the top:
- Website picks which site the questions come from. It appears when your account has more than one website.
- Asked in the last sets the period: 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.
- Search narrows the list to one topic, for example delivery or returns.
The same question asked many times appears once, so a long list stays useful.
Tip: Search for one topic, then press Add question on four or five of them. You have the text for a whole FAQ carousel in under a minute.
Removing It
In Canva, open Apps, find Asyntai, and remove it. To break the link from the Asyntai side instead, open the app and press Disconnect at the bottom of the panel.
Privacy
The app reads the chats of the website you chose, so it can list the questions. Privacy policy.

The app is free. It uses the Asyntai API, which needs the Starter plan or higher. View pricing.
