Sell Asyntai under your own brand — buy a plan, add your clients, keep the margin

How it works

Becoming a reseller is simple: you subscribe to one of our plans, add your clients' websites under your account, set up their chatbots, and resell the service at any price you choose. Everything is fully white-label — your clients never see the Asyntai name.

Resell on any plan — every plan can be resold; the Pro plan also covers up to 20 websites, so one subscription can serve up to 20 clients

White-label on Pro — remove "Powered by Asyntai" so the widget is fully your brand

Your pricing — you set what you charge clients and keep the difference

Client dashboard — show each client their chat logs, analytics and leads on your own website, under your brand

Getting started

Choose a plan You can resell on any plan. The Pro plan is best for reselling — it's the plan that supports white-label, plus up to 20 websites and 50,000 messages per month. Subscribe at asyntai.com/pricing.

Add your client's website Each website you add under your account is one client's chatbot. Add up to the number of websites your plan allows.

Set up the chatbot Add the client's content, customize the widget, and install it on their site. You can do this for them, or let them manage it themselves.

Resell at your price Charge your client whatever you like. You own the customer relationship and bill them directly.

White-label branding

White-label means removing the "Powered by Asyntai" footer so the chat widget is entirely your brand. As a reseller on the Standard or Pro plan, you can turn it on in one click on the white-label activation page — it removes the footer across every website on your account at once, so there's nothing to switch on per site.

On Pro you can also toggle it per individual widget in asyntai.com/customize using the Hide Branding toggle. On a smaller plan and still want white-label? Email us at hello@asyntai.com.

Separately, the client dashboard carries its own branding. On the Client Dashboard page you can set:

Brand name — shown in the dashboard header
Logo — your logo replaces any Asyntai mark
Primary color — matches the dashboard accents to your brand

The client dashboard

You can give each client a secure, read-only dashboard with three tabs:

Conversations — every chat, searchable, with full transcripts

Analytics — volume, top pages, countries and devices

Leads — captured emails and phone numbers, exportable to CSV

Create one dashboard token per client on the Client Dashboard page. Each token only ever shows that client's data. There are two ways to share it:

Option 1 — Send a hosted link

The simplest option. Share the client's personal link:

It opens a full-page dashboard with your branding. Nothing to install.

Option 2 — Embed it on your own website

Show the dashboard directly inside your own site (for example, in a private client area). Paste this snippet into any page and replace the token with that client's token:

Security options

Each dashboard token can be locked down independently:

Password protection — require a password before the dashboard loads. It's remembered per device, so clients don't re-enter it on every visit.
Domain restriction — restrict the embed so it only renders on domains you allow, preventing anyone from reusing your snippet elsewhere.

Both are optional and configured per token on the Client Dashboard page.

Tip: Not sure which plan to start with? Pro is the most common choice for resellers thanks to white-label, 20 websites and 50,000 messages/month. You can always start smaller and upgrade as you add clients.
