Logseq Integration
Turn your Logseq pages into the knowledge base of your website chatbot
Overview
Logseq is an outliner where every page is a tree of blocks. The Asyntai plugin connects your graph to your website chatbot. Choose the namespaces, and every page in them becomes an answer the assistant can give your visitors.
The plugin also opens a panel inside Logseq. Ask your chatbot a question there, read the latest website chats and leads, and save any chat as a page.
What It Does
- Sends pages to the knowledge base. Every page in the chosen namespaces goes to Asyntai. Each edit, rename or delete updates it within seconds.
- Answers questions inside Logseq. The panel gives you the same answer the chatbot gives your visitors. Press Insert into page to put it in the page you are writing.
- Shows website chats and leads. The panel lists the latest conversations and every visitor who left an email address or phone number.
Requirements
- Logseq 0.9 or later, on desktop. Tested on Logseq 2.0.
- An Asyntai account on the Starter plan or higher, because the plugin uses the Asyntai API
Installation
Follow these steps to connect Logseq to Asyntai:
Get Your API Key
Sign in to Asyntai, open Settings, then API, and copy your API key.
Install the Plugin
In Logseq, open the plugins icon in the toolbar, choose Marketplace, search for Asyntai, and press Install.
Paste the API Key
Open the plugin settings and paste your key into Asyntai API key.
Run Asyntai: check API key from the command palette to confirm the connection. The command palette opens with Ctrl+Shift+P.
Choose What To Send
Put the namespaces you want in Namespaces to send, one per line. For example work sends the page work and every page under it, such as work/plan.
Type / on its own to send every page. An empty box sends nothing, so nothing leaves your graph until you choose.
Send Your Pages
Run Asyntai: send all pages from the command palette. Logseq shows how many pages went up.
After that, every edit goes up on its own a few seconds after you stop typing.

You can also press the Asyntai button in the toolbar to open the panel, or type /Asyntai ask inside a block to ask about the text you just wrote.

Tip: A page shorter than about two lines is skipped, because it cannot answer a visitor question on its own. Write the page out and it goes up on the next edit.
How The Text Is Cleaned
The plugin sends readable prose, not Logseq syntax. Task markers such as TODO, priorities such as [#A], block properties, logbooks, queries and renderer macros all come off. A link to another page keeps the page title, so an answer still reads naturally.
Removing It
Run Asyntai: remove all pages to delete every sent page from the knowledge base. Your pages in Logseq stay. Then uninstall the plugin from the plugins screen.
