Automatisch Integration
Turn every website chat into an automated workflow
Overview
Automatisch joins your apps into workflows. A trigger starts the flow, and actions carry the work through. You can run it on your own server, so your data stays where you put it.
The Asyntai app puts your website agent on both sides of that flow. A new lead, a new ticket or a request for a person starts a workflow at once. Any step in a flow can also ask your website a question, or add what it learned to the knowledge base.
Triggers
A trigger starts a flow the moment something happens in the chat:
- New lead — a visitor leaves an email address or a phone number.
- New ticket — the AI agent opens a support ticket.
- Escalation requested — a visitor asks to speak to a person.
Each trigger brings the whole event with it: the address, the phone number, the page the visitor was on, the country, and the session id of the chat.
Actions
An action is a step inside a flow:
- Ask a question — answers a question from the website's pages, products and knowledge base.
- Add a page to the knowledge base — reads a page and stores its content.
- Add text to the knowledge base — stores a title and a text you write.
- Find leads — returns visitors who left an email address or a phone number, newest first.
- Get a conversation — returns every message of one chat.
Requirements
- An Automatisch instance, hosted by Automatisch or by you
- An Asyntai account on the Starter plan or higher, because the app uses the Asyntai API
Installation
Follow these steps to add Asyntai to Automatisch:
Get Your API Key
Sign in to Asyntai, open Settings, then API, and copy your API key.
Add the Connection
In Automatisch, open Apps, choose Asyntai, and press Add connection.
Paste the API Key
Paste your key into the API Key field and press Submit. The connection takes the name of your primary website.
Build a Flow
Create a flow, pick an Asyntai trigger, then add the steps that follow it.
An Example Flow
A common one, built in four steps:
- Trigger: New lead in Asyntai.
- Action: create the contact in your CRM.
- Action: Get a conversation, using the session id the trigger gave you.
- Action: post that conversation to your team channel.
Your sales team then reads what the visitor already asked before anyone replies.
Choosing a Website
An Asyntai account can run an agent per website. Every trigger and most actions have a Website dropdown, filled with your domains. Leave it empty to use your primary website.
Agencies run this across a client book: one Asyntai account, one agent per client site, and one flow per client.
Tip: Press Test trigger while you build. It shows the fields of a real event straight away, so you can map them into the next step before the first visitor arrives.
Removing It
Stop the flow, or delete the connection in Apps. Automatisch removes the Asyntai webhook when a flow stops, so nothing is left behind.
Plans & Pricing
The app is free. It uses the Asyntai API, which needs the Starter plan or higher. View pricing.
