Add the Asyntai AI assistant to your SHOPLINE store in one click
Overview
SHOPLINE is an e-commerce platform. The Asyntai app puts an AI assistant on your storefront and teaches it your catalogue.
One install does two jobs. The chat bubble appears on every page of your store, and your products are read into the knowledge base. The assistant then answers with your real product names, prices and links.

Requirements
- A SHOPLINE store
- An Asyntai account. The free plan is enough to start.
- Permission to install apps in your SHOPLINE admin
Installation
Follow these steps to add Asyntai to SHOPLINE:
Open the App
In your SHOPLINE admin, open Apps, find Asyntai AI Chatbot in the App Store, and press Install.
Approve the Access Request
SHOPLINE shows you what the app reads and writes. Press Approve to continue.
Sign In to Asyntai
Sign in with your Asyntai account, or create one on the same page. The store name and the owner email are filled in for you.
Done
The chat bubble is live on your storefront at once. The first catalogue sync starts in the background and takes a few minutes for a large store.
Tip: Open your store in a new tab and ask the assistant about one of your products. That is the fastest way to confirm the sync finished.
The Product Catalogue
The app reads your active products: title, description, options, prices, stock, images and the link to each product page. It writes them into the Asyntai knowledge base, so the assistant quotes real numbers instead of guessing.
The sync runs again from your Asyntai dashboard whenever you want. Open Knowledge Base and press Sync now to pick up new products or new prices.
Teaching It More
Products are only part of the answer. Add your delivery terms, your returns policy and your frequently asked questions in the Asyntai dashboard, under Knowledge Base. Asyntai can also crawl your own pages for you.
Changing the Look
Open Widget Settings in the Asyntai dashboard. You can set the colour, the position, the welcome message and the assistant name. Changes appear on your store within a few minutes.
Removing It
Open Apps in your SHOPLINE admin and press Uninstall. The chat bubble disappears from the storefront at once. Your Asyntai account and its chat history stay as they are.
Privacy
The app uses your store's product data to answer shopper questions. Privacy policy.
