Add the Asyntai AI chatbot to the website you make with the Smoobu Website Builder. The chatbot answers your guests from your own pages, at any hour. You paste one code in the settings of the editor.

Step 1: Get your embed code

Open your Asyntai Dashboard and copy your code under "Embed Code". It looks like this:

Step 2: Open the editor settings

  1. In Smoobu, go to Configuration > Website Builder and click Go to Editor.
  2. In the side panel of the editor, click More, then Settings.
  3. Click Head HTML.

Step 3: Paste the code

  1. Find the Body End HTML field. It takes custom HTML and JavaScript just before the closing body tag of each page.
  2. Paste the Asyntai code in this field.
  3. Save.

Consent apps: Smoobu recommends the body end when a consent management app is used. Code in the head cannot be stopped by a consent app before consent.

Step 4: Publish and verify

The site must be published for the code to run. Publish your website, then open the published website. The chat button is in the bottom corner. Click it and make sure it opens and answers.

Embedded Booking Engine: When the Booking Engine is embedded in a site, its booking window loads as a separate page. The chat shows on your website pages, not inside the embedded booking window.

Website outside the Website Builder

These steps apply to the website made with the Smoobu Website Builder. If your website runs outside the Website Builder, for example on your own WordPress site, add the code through that website platform. See the installation guides.
