Raycast Extension
Your website chats, leads and tickets, one keystroke away
Overview
Raycast is a launcher for macOS and Windows. You press one key, a search box opens, and you run a command. The Asyntai extension adds four commands to it, so you read the newest chats on your website, the leads your agent collected and your support tickets without opening the browser. A fourth command asks your own agent a question and shows the answer it gives your visitors.
Commands
- Recent Chats — the newest chats on your website, with the first question, the country and the topic. Press Enter and read the whole conversation, message by message.
- Leads — every visitor who left an email address or a phone number, with the page they were on. Copy the email or the phone with one key.
- Tickets — your support tickets, with the number, the status and the visitor.
- Ask My Chatbot — type a question and read the answer your agent gives. Ask a follow-up in the same conversation.
Every list has a search bar at the top, and every item has an action that opens the chat in your Asyntai dashboard.
Requirements
- Raycast on macOS or Windows
- An Asyntai account on the Starter plan or higher, because the extension uses the Asyntai API
Installation
Follow these steps to add Asyntai to Raycast:
Install the Extension
Open Raycast, type Store, search for Asyntai and press Install. You can also open the extension page in your browser.
Get Your API Key
Sign in to Asyntai, open Settings, then API, and copy your API key.
Paste the Key
Run any Asyntai command, for example Recent Chats. Raycast asks for the API key once. Paste it and continue. To change the key later, open the command and choose Configure Extension in the actions menu.
Run a Command
Open Raycast and type Recent Chats, Leads, Tickets or Ask My Chatbot. Type in the search bar to filter the list, and press Enter on an item to read the conversation.
Tip: Give a command its own hotkey. Open Raycast settings, find the command under Extensions, and record a hotkey. Your inbox is then one keystroke away from any app.
Removing It
Open Raycast settings, choose Extensions, find Asyntai AI Chatbot and press Uninstall. The API key is removed with it.

The extension is free. It uses the Asyntai API, which needs the Starter plan or higher. View pricing.
