Your AI agent answers visitors inside the Crisp chatbox

개요

Crisp is a live chat platform with its own chatbox and a shared inbox. The Asyntai plugin puts your AI agent inside that chatbox. A visitor asks a question, and Asyntai answers it in the same conversation, from your website content and knowledge base, 24 hours a day.

Your operators keep working in the Crisp inbox as before. Every answer Asyntai gives is visible there, and the moment an operator replies in a conversation, Asyntai steps back and lets the person handle it.

작동 방식

A visitor writes a message in the Crisp chatbox on your website.
Crisp sends the message to Asyntai.
Asyntai writes an answer from your knowledge base and your instructions.
The answer appears in the same Crisp conversation, from the Asyntai operator, in about two seconds.
When one of your operators replies in that conversation, Asyntai stays quiet there for 15 minutes, then resumes if nobody else has answered.

요구 사항

A Crisp workspace with the chatbox installed on your website.
Owner or admin rights in that Crisp workspace, so you can install plugins.
An Asyntai account. The plugin works on every plan, including the free one.

설치

In Crisp, open Settings, then Plugins, and find Asyntai AI Chatbot.
Press Install and confirm the permissions.
Open the plugin settings. Sign in to Asyntai, or create a free account.
If you have more than one website in Asyntai, choose the one whose knowledge base the AI answers from.
Done. Open your website, write in the Crisp chatbox, and the AI answers.

팁: A new Asyntai account crawls your website on its own and writes the first instructions, so the AI has answers from the first minute. Add your policies, prices and common answers in the knowledge base to make them better.

Working With Operators

Asyntai and your operators share every conversation. Asyntai answers first, so nobody waits. When an operator wants to take over, they simply reply in the Crisp inbox. Asyntai then stops answering in that conversation for 15 minutes after each operator message.

Every conversation also appears in your Asyntai dashboard under Chat Logs, next to the chats from your other channels.

지우는 방법

Open the plugin settings in Crisp and press Disconnect, or uninstall the plugin under Settings, then Plugins. Asyntai stops answering at once. The conversations stay in your Crisp inbox.
