Kit Integration
Turn the leads your chatbot captures into subscribers on your Kit email list
Overview
Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is the email platform for creators. The Kit integration connects your website chatbot to your Kit account. The assistant answers visitors on your site day and night, and whenever a visitor leaves an email address in the chat, that person becomes a subscriber in Kit. Asyntai applies a tag to the subscriber and saves the page and the whole conversation on the subscriber, so your automation can start at once and your next email already knows what the person asked.
How It Works
The integration uses Kit OAuth and the Kit V4 API. After you connect your account, Asyntai creates the subscriber from the email address the visitor gave. If the subscriber already exists, Asyntai updates them, so you never get duplicates. It then applies the tag Asyntai Chat Lead and fills three custom fields: Asyntai chat page, Asyntai chat and Asyntai phone. The fields are created in your account the first time a lead arrives.
Installation
Follow these steps to connect Asyntai to your Kit account:
Start the Connection
Install Asyntai AI Chatbot from the Kit App Store, or open the Kit connection page in your Asyntai dashboard:

Log in to your Asyntai account if prompted.
Authorize in Kit
Kit asks you to allow Asyntai to add subscribers, tags and custom fields to your account. Approve the request, and Kit sends you back with the connection saved.
You're Done
There is nothing else to set up. Your chatbot runs on your website exactly as before, and from now on every email address it captures becomes a subscriber in Kit.
Tip: Turn on lead capture and customize your AI's behavior from your Asyntai Dashboard so the bot reliably asks visitors for their email during conversations.
What Gets Synced
- The visitor's email address, as a subscriber in your Kit account
- The tag Asyntai Chat Lead, applied to every subscriber the chatbot adds, so you can start a visual automation from it
- The page the visitor was reading, in the custom field Asyntai chat page
- The whole conversation, in the custom field Asyntai chat
- The visitor's phone number, when they gave one, in the custom field Asyntai phone
- Subscribers are matched by email address, so an existing subscriber is updated instead of duplicated

Plans & Pricing
The Kit integration is available on all Asyntai plans, including Free. It works with every Kit plan that includes the Kit App Store. View pricing.
Uninstalling
Disconnect from your Asyntai dashboard, or remove Asyntai under Apps in your Kit account. New leads stop at once. The subscribers, tags and fields already in Kit stay as they are.
