How to Add Asyntai AI Chatbot to Builderall

Step-by-step guide for Builderall sites

First, go to your Asyntai Dashboard and scroll down to the "Embed Code" section. Copy your unique embed code which will look like this:

Step 2: Open Your Site in the Cheetah Editor

Builderall builds and hosts your website with the Cheetah drag-and-drop builder. To add the chatbot, open the site you want to edit:

Log in to your Builderall Dashboard
Open the Website Builder (Cheetah) app from your list of tools
Select the website you want to add the chatbot to and click Edit Site
Open the page where you want the chatbot to appear in the Cheetah editor

Lưu ý: Because the Asyntai widget is a fixed floating button, it does not matter where on the page the code sits. It will always appear anchored in the corner of the screen.

Step 3: Add the Code in Page Settings → CSS/JS (Recommended)

Cheetah lets you inject custom code into a page through the Page Settings panel:

In the Cheetah editor, click the three-line menu button in the top-left corner
Select Page Settings from the dropdown menu
Scroll to the CSS/JS section (the area for custom code)
Paste your Asyntai embed code into the JavaScript / custom code box
Confirm to close the Page Settings panel
Click Publish to make your changes live

Mẹo: The CSS/JS section applies to the current page only. Repeat these steps on every page where you want the chatbot, or use the Global Footer method below to add it across the whole site at once.

Alternative Method: Add the Code to a Global Footer (Site-Wide)

If you want the chatbot on every page automatically, add the code to an element inside a footer that is set as global. Global headers and footers repeat across all pages of your site:

In the Cheetah editor, add or open your footer row at the bottom of the page
Drag an HTML / Code element into the footer
Open the element's settings and paste your Asyntai embed code
Right-click the footer row and set it as a Global element so it applies to all pages
Click Publish to apply the change site-wide

Lưu ý: Setting the footer as global means any edit is reflected across every page that uses it, so you only have to add the embed code once.

Using Cheetah Builder for WordPress?

If you build with the Cheetah Builder Pro plugin inside WordPress, the process is the same inside the Cheetah editor:

Edit your page with the Cheetah builder in WordPress
Open the three-line menu → Page Settings
Paste your Asyntai embed code into the CSS/JS section
Save and update the page

Mẹo: You can also add the embed code with a header/footer scripts plugin in WordPress if you prefer to keep tracking codes in one place.

Bước 4: Xác minh Cài đặt

After publishing, open your live Builderall site in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to ensure it opens and functions correctly.

Không thấy tiện ích? Make sure you clicked Publish, not just saved a draft. Clear your browser cache or view in incognito mode, since Builderall serves cached pages that can take a few minutes to update. Check the browser console (F12) for any JavaScript errors.
