Before you start: You need administrator access to your XenForo Admin Control Panel to edit templates. If you don't have admin rights, ask your forum administrator to add the code for you.

Step 2: Open the PAGE_CONTAINER Template

In XenForo, the site-wide layout that wraps every page is controlled by the PAGE_CONTAINER template. This is the correct place to add the Asyntai script so the chatbot appears on your entire forum:

Log in to your XenForo Admin Control Panel (usually at yourforum.com/admin.php)
Go to Appearance → Templates
Make sure the correct style is selected in the style chooser at the top (if you run more than one style, you'll need to repeat these steps for each)
In the template search or filter box, type PAGE_CONTAINER
Click the PAGE_CONTAINER template to open it in the editor

Савет: The PAGE_CONTAINER template contains the closing </body> and </html> tags for your forum, which is exactly why it's the right place to add a site-wide widget script.

Step 3: Paste the Asyntai Code Before </body>

Now add your embed code so it loads on every page of your forum:

Scroll down to the bottom of the PAGE_CONTAINER template
Find the closing </body> tag
Paste your Asyntai embed code on a new line just before the </body> tag
Click Save to store your changes

Важно: Editing a template creates a customized version. If you upgrade XenForo or switch styles, you may need to re-check the PAGE_CONTAINER template and add the code again. XenForo highlights customized templates so they are easy to find.

After saving your changes, open your forum in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to ensure it opens and functions correctly.

Не видите виџет? Make sure you saved the PAGE_CONTAINER template and edited the style that is actually active on your forum. XenForo and any caching or CDN in front of it (such as Cloudflare) may cache pages, so clear your browser cache or view in incognito mode. Check the browser console (F12) for any JavaScript errors.
