How to Add Asyntai AI Chatbot to Upgates

Vispirms dodieties uz savu Asyntai vadības paneli un ritiniet uz leju līdz sadaļai "Iegultais kods". Nokopējiet savu unikālo iegulto kodu, kas izskatīsies šādi:

Step 2: Open the Custom Conversion Codes Module

Upgates has a dedicated place for adding your own scripts, called Custom Conversion Codes (Vlastní konverzní kódy). Despite the name, it is designed for any third-party code such as chat widgets, analytics, banners, and pop-ups:

Log in to your Upgates administration
In the left-hand menu, open Doplňky (Add-ons)
Click Vlastní konverzní kódy (Custom Conversion Codes)
Click Přidat (Add) to create a new code entry

Piezīme: Menu labels may appear in Czech or Slovak depending on your store language. Look for "Doplňky" → "Vlastní konverzní kódy" (Add-ons → Custom Conversion Codes).

Step 3: Add Your Asyntai Embed Code

Now paste your embed code and choose where it should run:

Give the code a recognizable name, for example Asyntai Chatbot
For the display option, choose to show the code on all pages of the e-shop (not only the order-completion page), so the chatbot appears everywhere
For the placement in the page source, select a body position (before the closing </body> tag) or the general option that loads on every page
Paste your Asyntai embed code into the code field:

Make sure the code is set to active / enabled
Click Uložit (Save) to apply the changes

Padoms: Placing the code so it loads on every page and near the end of the body ensures the chatbot appears across your whole store without slowing down page rendering.

Svarīgi: Before saving, make sure you don't already have an active ready-made Asyntai connection or a duplicate of this script, as running it twice can cause the widget to load incorrectly.

4. solis: Pārbaudiet instalēšanu

After saving your changes, open your Upgates store in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to ensure it opens and functions correctly.

Neredzat logrīku? Make sure you saved the custom code and that it is set to active. Clear your browser cache or view in incognito mode, as Upgates may cache pages, so changes might take a few minutes to appear. Check the browser console (F12) for any JavaScript errors.
