How to Add Asyntai AI Chatbot to Sellfy

Étape 1 : Obtenir votre code d'intégration

Tout d'abord, rendez-vous sur votre Tableau de bord Asyntai et faites défiler jusqu'à la section « Code d'intégration ». Copiez votre code d'intégration unique qui ressemblera à ceci :

Note : Le code ci-dessus n'est qu'un exemple. Vous devez copier votre propre code d'intégration depuis votre Tableau de bord car il contient votre identifiant de widget personnel.

Before you start: The Custom code field is only available on Sellfy's paid plans. It is not included during the free trial. If you're still on the trial, upgrade to any paid plan first, then follow the steps below.

Step 2: Open Your Store Customizer

Sellfy lets you add code to every page of your store through the Store Customizer:

Log in to your Sellfy dashboard
In the left-hand menu, click Store settings
Click the Customize store button to open the Store Customizer

Astuce : The Store Customizer is where you manage your store's look and settings. The Custom code field lives inside its General settings section.

Step 3: Add the Embed Code to Custom Code

Inside the Store Customizer, add your Asyntai embed code to the footer custom code field:

In the left-hand menu of the Customizer, open General settings
Scroll down to the Custom code (Header / Footer) section
Paste your Asyntai embed code into the Footer code field
Click Publish to apply the changes to your live store

Astuce : Adding the code to the Footer field ensures the widget loads after your page content, keeping your store fast. This method adds the chatbot to every page of your Sellfy store automatically.

Note : Remember to replace YOUR_WIDGET_ID with your own widget ID from the embed code you copied in Step 1. Changes only go live after you click Publish.

Étape 4 : Vérifier l'installation

After publishing your changes, open your Sellfy store in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to ensure it opens and functions correctly.

Vous ne voyez pas le widget ? Make sure you clicked Publish after pasting the code. Clear your browser cache or view in incognito mode. Confirm your store is on a paid plan, since the Custom code field is not available on the trial. Check the browser console (F12) for any JavaScript errors.
