How to Add Asyntai AI Chatbot to Wix Studio

Paso 1: Obtén su código de inserción

Primero, ve a tu Panel de control de Asyntai y desplázate hasta la sección "Código de inserción". Copia tu código de inserción único que se verá así:

Before you start: To use Custom Code in Wix Studio, your site must be published and connected to a domain. If your site isn't live yet, publish it first, then return to this guide.

Step 2: Open Custom Code in Your Site Dashboard

Wix Studio lets you add third-party scripts to every page from the site dashboard, without touching the editor:

Log in to your Wix Studio account and open the Dashboard for the site you want to edit
In the dashboard sidebar, click Settings
Under the Development & integrations section, click Custom Code
At the top right, click + Add Custom Code

Consejo: The Custom Code page is part of your site dashboard (business tools), not the Wix Studio Editor canvas. If you are inside the Editor, look for the dashboard link to switch over.

Step 3: Paste Your Asyntai Embed Code

In the Add Custom Code panel, configure the snippet so it loads on your whole site:

Paste your Asyntai embed code into the code snippet text field
Enter a descriptive name for the snippet, for example Asyntai Chatbot, so you can find it later
Under Add Code to Pages, select All pages so the chatbot appears everywhere. You can leave the load option set to Load once
Under Place Code in, select Body - end for the best page load performance
Click Apply to save and publish the snippet

Nota: The three placement options are Head, Body - start, and Body - end. Asyntai works with any of them, but Body - end is recommended so the widget loads after your page content.

Paso 4: Verificar la instalación

After clicking Apply, open your published Wix Studio site in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to ensure it opens and functions correctly.

¿No ves el widget? Custom Code only runs on your live, published site, not in the editor preview. Make sure the site is published and connected to a domain, clear your browser cache or view in incognito mode, and confirm the snippet is set to All pages. Check the browser console (F12) for any JavaScript errors.
