How to Add Asyntai AI Chatbot to LearnWorlds

Step-by-step guide for LearnWorlds course sites

Βήμα 1: Αποκτήστε τον Κωδικό Ενσωμάτωσής σας

Πρώτα, μεταβείτε στον Πίνακα Ελέγχου Asyntai και κάντε κύλιση προς τα κάτω στην ενότητα «Κωδικός Ενσωμάτωσης». Αντιγράψτε τον μοναδικό κωδικό ενσωμάτωσής σας που θα μοιάζει ως εξής:

Step 2: Open the Website Builder

LearnWorlds lets you add custom code to your school through the Site Builder. To open it:

Log in to your LearnWorlds admin dashboard
In the left-hand menu, go to Website → Design
Click Edit Website to open the Site Builder

Σημείωση: You need admin access to your LearnWorlds school to edit custom code. The Site Builder opens in a full-screen editor where you manage your school's design and pages.

Step 3: Add the Code to Site Custom Code

The Site Custom Code section injects your snippet into every page of your school automatically:

Inside the Site Builder, open the Site menu (the settings for your whole school)
Click Site custom code
Find the Body section and select the Body (logged in) slot
Paste your Asyntai embed code into the editor:

To also show the chatbot on public pages (your homepage, sales pages, and sign-up screens), paste the same code into the Body (logged out) slot as well
Click Save, then Publish your school for the changes to go live

Συμβουλή: The Body (logged in) slot targets pages your students see after signing in, while the Body (logged out) slot covers your public pages. Add the code to both slots so the chatbot appears everywhere across your academy.

Σημαντικό: Always remember to click Publish after saving. Custom code changes in the Site Builder only appear on your live school once you publish.

Βήμα 4: Επαλήθευση Εγκατάστασης

After publishing your changes, open your LearnWorlds school in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to ensure it opens and functions correctly.

Δεν βλέπετε το widget; Make sure you clicked both Save and Publish in the Site Builder. Clear your browser cache or view in incognito mode. If the widget only shows for students, confirm you also added the code to the Body (logged out) slot. Check the browser console (F12) for any JavaScript errors.
