How to Add Asyntai AI Chatbot to Convertri

Step-by-step guide for Convertri funnels

Schritt 1: Ihren Einbettungscode erhalten

Step 2: Open Custom Scripts in the Page Builder

Convertri lets you add custom code to any page through the Custom Scripts panel:

Log in to Convertri and open the funnel you want to edit
Open the page in the Page Builder (the drag-and-drop editor)
In the top toolbar, click Page
Select Custom Scripts from the menu
Click Add Page Script

Hinweis: Custom Scripts are added per page. If your funnel has several pages, repeat these steps on each page where you want the chatbot to appear.

Step 3: Paste Your Embed Code

In the new script dialog, fill in the fields and paste your Asyntai code:

Enter a Script Name (for example, Asyntai Chatbot) so you can identify it later
Optionally add a Description
Leave the run on page load option unchecked — the Asyntai script loads on its own
Under Script Position, choose Body
Paste your embed code into the code box, keeping the <script> tags:

Klicken Sie auf Save

Tipp: Convertri offers two positions under Script Position — Head and Body. Every script loads regardless of which you pick, so if you are unsure, choose Body.

Step 4: Republish Your Page

Saving the script is not enough on its own — you must republish for the change to go live:

Return to the Page Builder
Click Publish to republish the page
Repeat for any other pages where you added the script

Wichtig: Changes to Custom Scripts only appear on your live page after you republish. If you don't republish, visitors will still see the old version without the chatbot.

Alternative Method: Funnel-Wide Scripts

If you want the chatbot on every page of a funnel without adding it page by page, use funnel-level scripts:

In the Convertri Dashboard, open the funnel you want to edit
Click Scripts in the left menu
Click Add a Funnel Script
Give it a name, choose Body as the position, and paste your Asyntai embed code between the <script> tags
Click Save, then republish the funnel pages

Hinweis: Funnel scripts apply to all pages in that funnel, so you only need to add the embed code once. Remember to republish each page for the change to take effect.

Step 5: Verify Installation

After republishing, open your live Convertri page in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to ensure it opens and functions correctly.

Widget nicht sichtbar? Make sure you clicked Save on the script and then republished the page. Clear your browser cache or view in incognito mode. Double-check that your embed code is wrapped in <script> tags and contains your own widget ID. Check the browser console (F12) for any JavaScript errors.

Tipp: Because Convertri loads every script regardless of position, you don't need to worry about Head vs Body — the chatbot will work either way.
