概述

开始连接

访问 Intercom 连接页面：

https://asyntai.com/intercom/auth/

创建您的账户

输入您的网站 URL、电子邮件地址并创建密码。这将创建您的 Asyntai 账户，AI 将开始从您的网站了解您的业务。

授权 Intercom

点击Connect with Intercom按钮。您将被重定向到 Intercom 以授权 Asyntai 访问您的工作区。

已上线！

That's it! Your AI agent is now responding to customer messages in Intercom automatically. Visit your Asyntai Dashboard to view conversations and customize your AI's behavior.

自定义您的 AI（可选）

Go to your Dashboard to add custom instructions, FAQs, and knowledge base content. This helps the AI provide accurate, brand-specific responses to your customers.

提示： After installation, go to your Dashboard to customize your AI's instructions, add FAQs, and fine-tune responses.

接下来会发生什么

连接成功后，当客户通过 Intercom 发送消息时，AI 会自动生成并发送回复。AI 会记住完整的对话上下文，以提供自然、连贯的回复。所有对话在 Intercom 收件箱和 Asyntai 分析中均可查看，您可以在 Asyntai 仪表板中自定义 AI 的指令和个性。

人工坐席接管

当您的某位人工坐席开始在对话中回复时，Asyntai 会自动在该对话中暂停 AI，以免 AI 在您的坐席之上回复。当坐席约 15 分钟无操作后，AI 会自动恢复。此设置按对话分别生效，因此您的其他对话会照常继续收到 AI 的回复。

限制

Intercom 集成仅限于文本回复。由于平台限制，Asyntai 聊天小部件中的某些功能在 Intercom 中不受支持，包括产品卡片、图片展示、用户上下文、图像识别和实时数据推送。AI 将提供包含产品链接的文本回复，而非富媒体元素。
