Asyntai's BigCommerce app installs your AI chat widget directly onto your storefront. After you add the app and connect your account, the chatbot is live and answering shoppers — no copying or pasting any code.

Como funciona

The app uses BigCommerce's single-click OAuth install and the Scripts API. When you install it and connect, Asyntai injects the chat widget into your storefront automatically. The widget loads your chatbot exactly as configured in your Asyntai dashboard — nothing else on your store is changed.

Instalação

Follow these steps to add Asyntai to your BigCommerce store:

Add the App from the BigCommerce Marketplace

Find Asyntai in the BigCommerce App Marketplace and click Install. BigCommerce will ask you to approve the app's permissions.

Connect Your Asyntai Account

After approving, you'll be brought to Asyntai. Sign in to your existing account or create a new one in seconds, and the connection is saved.

You're Done

Asyntai installs the chat widget on your storefront automatically. It's now live, answering shoppers 24/7 — nothing else to set up.
