Manage your Asyntai account from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants

概要

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use an outside service. The Asyntai connector puts your Asyntai account inside the assistant you already work in.

After you connect it, you can ask the assistant to look through your chat logs, check what your chatbot knows, write new knowledge base entries, or rewrite your AI instructions. You stay in one window. You do not open the dashboard.

What You Can Ask For

Find out why the chatbot gave a poor answer The assistant reads the conversation, searches your knowledge base for the same question, and shows you what was missing.

Fill the gaps it finds It lists the questions your chatbot could not answer, then writes and adds the missing knowledge base entries for you.

Improve your AI instructions It reads your current instructions, suggests a better version, and replaces them once you agree.

Report on your chats Ask for last month's conversation count, top topics, captured leads and visitor countries in one sentence.

Connect Claude

Open the connector settings in Claude Go to Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.

Paste the Asyntai server address https://asyntai.com/mcp

Sign in and approve Asyntai asks you to sign in, then shows what the assistant may do. Approve it to finish.

Connect ChatGPT

Open the connector settings in ChatGPT Go to Settings, then Connectors, then create a new connector.

Use the same server address https://asyntai.com/mcp

Choose OAuth as the authentication method ChatGPT sends you to Asyntai to sign in. No API key is needed.

What the Connector Can Do

The connector gives the assistant these tools. Each one works on your account only.

Plans and Limits

The connector follows the same rules as your dashboard. It never opens a second door onto a feature your plan does not include.

A feature your plan does not carry is refused with a clear message naming the plan it needs.
Every limit still applies: the number of websites, the knowledge base size, the pages per crawl, and your monthly messages.
Reading the text of a conversation needs a paid plan, exactly as it does in the dashboard.
The read tools also report what is locked, so the assistant can tell you what an upgrade would unlock.

Note

The ask_ai tool produces a real chatbot answer, so it uses one message from your monthly allowance. The other tools do not.

セキュリティ

The connector uses OAuth, the same sign-in method banks and app stores use. Three points matter:

The assistant never sees your password. You sign in on Asyntai, not inside the assistant.
Access is limited to your own account. The connector cannot reach any other Asyntai account.
You can withdraw access at any moment. Open Connected Apps and press Disconnect. Access stops at once.

Asyntai stores no password for the assistant. It stores a token that you can cancel, and that expires on its own.

Tip

Ask the assistant to show you a change before it makes one. Say: read my AI instructions and suggest an improvement, but do not save it yet.

If the Connection Fails

Check the address. It is https://asyntai.com/mcp with no trailing slash and no extra path.
Sign in to Asyntai in the same browser first, then start the connection again.
If the assistant reports an expired session, disconnect the app and connect it again.
If a tool says a website was not found, ask the assistant to list your websites first.
