Asyntai's HubSpot integration connects your website chatbot to your HubSpot CRM. The bot keeps answering visitors 24/7 on your site, and whenever it captures a lead — an email or phone number — that person is automatically created as a contact in HubSpot. No manual export, no copy-paste; every prospect your chatbot talks to lands in your CRM.
Как это работает
The integration uses HubSpot's OAuth and Contacts API. After you connect your account, Asyntai upserts a contact in HubSpot each time the chatbot collects a visitor's email or phone. Existing contacts are matched by email and updated; new visitors are created. It's a one-way push from Asyntai to HubSpot — nothing is changed on your website or in the chat experience.

Follow these steps to connect Asyntai to your HubSpot account:

Visit the HubSpot connection page in your Asyntai dashboard:

Log in to your Asyntai account if prompted.
Authorize in HubSpot
You'll be redirected to HubSpot. Choose the account you want to connect and approve the requested permissions (read and write access to CRM contacts). HubSpot sends you back to Asyntai and the connection is saved.
You're Done
There's nothing else to configure. Your chatbot keeps running on your website exactly as before — from now on, every lead it captures is sent to your HubSpot CRM automatically.
Совет: Turn on lead capture and customize your AI's behavior from your Asyntai Dashboard so the bot reliably asks visitors for their email or phone during conversations.
What Gets Synced
- The visitor's email and/or phone number when captured in chat
- Contacts are matched by email — existing records are updated, new visitors are created
- The sync runs automatically the moment a lead is captured; no action needed from you

Удаление
Disconnect from your Asyntai dashboard, or remove the Asyntai app from HubSpot under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps. Lead syncing stops immediately; contacts already in HubSpot are unaffected.
