Asyntai's Slack integration adds an AI assistant to your Slack workspace that answers questions on demand — ideal for internal/employee support, onboarding, and team knowledge. Direct-message the bot or mention it in a channel, and it replies instantly in 36 languages using your own content.
Catatan tentang AI: Asyntai's answers in Slack are generated by AI (a large language model). They may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete and should be verified before you rely on them — especially for important decisions.
Cara Kerjanya
The integration uses Slack's OAuth and Events API. Once installed, Slack forwards messages that mention the bot (or direct messages sent to it) to Asyntai. The AI generates a contextual answer and posts it back in the same conversation — in a thread when the message was part of one.
Instalasi
Follow these steps to add Asyntai to your Slack workspace:
Mulai Koneksi
Visit the Slack connection page in your Asyntai dashboard:
https://asyntai.com/slack/auth/
Log in to your Asyntai account if prompted.
Authorize in Slack
You'll be redirected to Slack to authorize the app. Pick the workspace you want to add Asyntai to and click Allow. This grants the bot permission to read messages that mention it and to post replies.
Mulai bertanya
Selesai: botnya sudah aktif. Ada dua cara memakainya:
- Direct message the Asyntai app from your Slack sidebar and ask anything.
- Invite it to a channel (type
/invite @Asyntai) and mention @Asyntai with your question.

Paket dan harga
The Slack integration is available on all Asyntai plans, including Free. Each plan includes a monthly message allowance shared across all your channels and integrations — once you exceed it, the bot pauses until the next cycle or you upgrade. Lihat harga.
Menghapus aplikasi
Remove the Asyntai app from Slack via your workspace's Apps management (Settings & administration → Manage apps), or disconnect from your Asyntai dashboard. The bot stops responding immediately.
