Descripción general

Asyntai's Make integration lets you build visual scenarios that connect your AI customer support agent to over 3,000 apps. Use Make's drag-and-drop scenario builder to route messages to Asyntai, capture AI responses, and forward them anywhere - all without code.

Available Modules

The Asyntai Make integration provides four modules:

  • Send Message to AI (Action) - Send a customer message and receive an AI-generated reply
  • List Websites (Search) - Get all websites in your account
  • Get Conversation History (Search) - Retrieve message history for a specific session
  • Make an API Call (Universal) - Custom API call for advanced users who need endpoints not covered by the dedicated modules

Cómo instalar

Follow these steps to connect Asyntai to Make:

1

Obtén tu API Key

Visite la página de configuración de API para generar su API key:

https://asyntai.com/settings/api/

Haga clic Generar API Key y copie la clave. Mantenla segura: cualquier persona con esta clave puede acceder a su cuenta de Asyntai a través de la API.

2

Connect Asyntai in Make

In Make, create a new scenario. When adding a module, search for Asyntai AI Chatbot. Click Add Connection and paste your API key.

3

Build Your Scenario

Build a scenario with two parts:

  • Trigger: Any Make trigger (webhook, schedule, form submission, CRM event, etc.)
  • Acción: Asyntai - Send Message to AI

Map the incoming message and a unique session ID from your trigger module into the Asyntai module.

4

Route the AI Response

Add another module to send the AI response wherever you need it - Slack, Gmail, helpdesk, CRM, SMS, or any of Make's 3,000+ supported apps. Use the response output field from the Asyntai module as your reply text.

5

Save and Activate

Test your scenario with the Run once button, save it, and toggle scheduling on. Your AI agent is now handling messages through Make automatically.

Consejo: Personalice las respuestas de su IA agregando instrucciones, preguntas frecuentes y contenido de base de conocimiento en su Panel de Asyntai.

Referencia API

The Asyntai Make modules use the following API endpoints:

Enviar mensaje a la IA

POST https://asyntai.com/api/v1/chat/

Campos de entrada:

  • message (obligatorio) - El mensaje del usuario para enviar a la IA
  • session_id (required) - Unique identifier per customer for conversation history
  • website_id (optional) - Specific website to use; leave blank for default

List Websites

GET https://asyntai.com/api/v1/websites/

Returns all websites in your account with id, domain, and is_primary flag. Each website becomes its own bundle for use in downstream modules.

Get Conversation History

GET https://asyntai.com/api/v1/conversations/?session_id=X&limit=N

Returns up to 100 messages from the specified session, each with role, content, and timestamp. Messages are returned as iterable bundles.

Ejemplos de casos de uso

  • Lead qualification: Form submission triggers an AI follow-up question routed via email
  • Helpdesk automation: New ticket created sends an AI first-response reply to the customer
  • CRM enrichment: New contact triggers an AI-generated welcome sequence
  • Slack support bot: Forward Slack messages to your AI and post replies back
  • Transcript archiving: On conversation end, fetch full history and save to Google Sheets or Notion
  • SMS auto-reply: Connect Twilio to Asyntai for AI-powered text support

Historial de conversaciones

Asyntai automatically maintains conversation history based on the session_id you provide. Use a consistent session ID per customer (their email, phone, or CRM contact ID) so the AI remembers prior messages and gives contextual replies.
