Overview

Asyntai's Google Chat integration adds an AI assistant to your Google Workspace. Direct-message the bot or mention it in a space, and it answers instantly using your own content — ideal for employee onboarding, internal helpdesks, and everyday knowledge lookups.

AI disclaimer: Asyntai's answers in Google Chat are generated by AI (a large language model). They may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete and should be verified before you rely on them — especially for important decisions.

How It Works

Install the Asyntai app from the Google Workspace Marketplace. The first time you message the bot, it sends you a secure link to connect your Asyntai account and choose which knowledge base it should answer from. From then on, it replies instantly in direct messages and in spaces where it's mentioned.

Installation

Follow these steps to add Asyntai to your Google Chat:

Install from the Google Workspace Marketplace

Find Asyntai in the Google Workspace Marketplace and install it — for yourself, or domain-wide as a Workspace admin.

Connect Your Asyntai Account

Send the bot a direct message in Google Chat. It replies with a secure link — sign in to Asyntai (or create a free account), pick your website, and the bot is linked to your knowledge base.

Start Asking Questions

That's it — DM the bot anytime, or add it to a space and mention it with a question. It answers 24/7 in 36 languages.

Tip: Add your internal docs, FAQs, and handbook from your Asyntai Dashboard so the bot answers questions specific to your team and processes.

Plans & Pricing

Uninstalling

Remove the Asyntai app from Google Chat (or ask your Workspace admin to uninstall it), or disconnect from your Asyntai dashboard. The bot stops responding immediately.
