概述
Dynamic Images lets the AI illustrate its answers by attaching relevant image URLs it finds in the chatbot's context. If your knowledge base has images — from a crawled product page, an uploaded PDF, or a connected integration like Shopify — the AI can include them inline with its text reply.
The AI decides when an image is worth showing; you just turn the feature on. It will never invent or guess an image URL — it only uses URLs that literally appear in its context.
工作原理
- You enable it once on the Dynamic Images settings page
- The AI reads its context — including crawled pages, uploaded files, real-time feeds, and connected integrations
- A visitor asks a question where an image would help
- The chatbot attaches the image inline alongside its text reply
Where the Images Come From
Any source the chatbot's knowledge pipeline has access to:
- Website crawls — images discovered during the crawl of your pages
- Uploaded documents — PDFs, spreadsheets, or text files that mention image URLs
- Real-Time Data Feed — product or content feeds that include image fields
- Connected integrations — Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce all sync product images automatically
- Manually-added Website Images — your hand-picked images stay available too, this feature just widens the pool
No Invented URLs
The AI is instructed to use only image URLs that literally appear in its context — it will never fabricate an image URL. If the context doesn't include a relevant image, the AI just replies with text.
Relationship to Website Images
The existing Website Images feature lets you hand-pick specific images with custom descriptions that tell the AI exactly when to show each one. Dynamic Images is broader: it extends image rendering to every image URL in the chatbot's context, not just the curated list.
You can run both at the same time. The curated list gives you precise control over flagship images; Dynamic Images adds coverage for everything else.
提示: Dynamic Images pairs naturally with Dynamic Product Cards. When a product card is being shown, its image is already inside the card, so the AI won't also attach a separate image for the same product.
Enabling Dynamic Images
- Open the Dynamic Images settings page
- Select the website you want to configure
- Flip the toggle on
You can also enable or disable the feature directly from the Website Images page — a master toggle appears at the top for quick access.
注意: Changes take effect immediately on the next chat message. There's nothing to republish or redeploy.
