Asyntai's Zendesk integration installs an AI agent directly into your Zendesk Messaging channels. The bot replies to customer questions instantly across your Web Widget, Mobile SDK, and any other channels you connect — trained on your own website content, FAQs, and product info, in 36 languages.

The integration uses the Zendesk Marketplace Bot OAuth flow. After authorization, Asyntai is added to your account as a third-party AI agent that you can assign to any of your messaging channels. When a customer sends a message, Zendesk forwards it to Asyntai, the AI generates a contextual response, and Zendesk delivers it back to the customer — all within seconds.

Follow these steps to install Asyntai in your Zendesk account:
Start the OAuth Flow
Visit the Zendesk connection page in your Asyntai dashboard:

Log in to your Asyntai account if prompted, then click to begin the Zendesk authorization.
Authorize in Zendesk
You'll be redirected to Zendesk's authorization page. Log in to your Zendesk account (the one you want to install Asyntai into) and click Authorize to grant Asyntai access to your messaging conversations.
Asyntai Sets Up the Webhook
After you authorize, Asyntai automatically registers a webhook with your Zendesk account so it can receive customer messages. You'll see a confirmation page when this completes.
Assign Asyntai to a Channel
This step is required for the bot to start replying. In Zendesk Admin Center:
- Go to AI → AI agents → AI agents → Marketplace bots
- Click Asyntai AI Agent
- Expand the Basics section
- Under Channels, tick the channel you want Asyntai to handle (Web Widget, Mobile, etc.)

Test It
Open your Web Widget (or use the Test preview in Zendesk Admin) and send a message. Asyntai should reply within a few seconds with an AI-generated response based on your website content and configured instructions.

القيود
The Zendesk integration is limited to textual responses only. Some features available in the native Asyntai chat widget are not supported in Zendesk due to platform constraints, including Product Cards, image displays, User Context, Image Vision, and Real-Time Data Feed. The AI will provide text-based responses with product links instead of rich media elements.
Plans & Pricing
The Zendesk integration is available on all Asyntai plans, including Free. Each plan includes a monthly message allowance that applies across all your channels and integrations — once you exceed it, the bot stops replying until the next cycle or you upgrade. عرض الأسعار.
ملاحظة: Zendesk has its own subscription costs (Suite Team and above for Messaging). The Asyntai integration does not change your Zendesk billing.
Uninstalling
Uninstall the Asyntai AI Agent in Zendesk Admin Center → AI → AI agents → Marketplace bots. Asyntai's webhook automatically deactivates when uninstalled from the Zendesk side.

The bot isn't replying to messages.
The most common cause is that Step 4 (assigning the bot to a channel) was skipped. Without that, Zendesk doesn't route messages to Asyntai. Go back to Admin Center → AI → AI agents → Marketplace bots → Asyntai AI Agent → tick your channel under Basics.
OAuth fails with an error.
Open the OAuth start URL in a fresh browser tab (no www prefix) and complete the full flow without leaving asyntai.com. If you still see an error, contact support.
