Invite people to help manage your websites

Overview

Team Members lets you invite colleagues to help manage your AI chatbots. Give them access to specific websites and control what they can do - whether it's configuring the chatbot or viewing analytics.

Each plan includes a certain number of seats. You can invite team members up to your seat limit, and upgrade anytime to add more.

How It Works

  1. Send an invitation - Enter their email and select permissions
  2. They accept - Team member receives an email with a link to join
  3. They get access - Once accepted, they can log in and manage assigned websites

Permissions

When inviting a team member, you choose what they can access:

Setup & Integration Access Configure chatbot settings, customize appearance, manage knowledge base, and update integrations
Analytics & Chats Access View chat history, analytics dashboard, monitor conversations, and take over chats

Tip: You can assign both permissions, or just one. For example, give a developer Setup access only, or give a support agent Analytics access only.

Website Access

Team members only see websites you've assigned to them. If you manage multiple websites, you can give different team members access to different sites.

Invite a Team Member

Adding someone to your team takes just a few steps:

Go to Team Members Click "Team Members" from your dashboard

Enter their email Type the email address of the person you want to invite

Select websites Choose which websites they should have access to

Choose permissions Select Setup, Analytics, or both

Send invitation They'll receive an email with a link to join

Managing Members

After inviting someone, you can:

  • Edit permissions - Change their website access or permissions anytime
  • Resend invitation - If they didn't receive the email, send it again
  • Remove member - Revoke their access completely

Seat Limits

Each plan includes a different number of seats:

Plan Seats Included
Free 1 seat (owner only)
Starter 2 seats
Standard 5 seats
Pro 10 seats

Note: If you've reached your seat limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan or remove an existing member before adding someone new.
