Overview
Image Vision lets visitors upload images directly in the chat widget. The AI can see and analyze these images to provide better assistance - perfect for troubleshooting, identifying products, or when users need help with something visual.
When enabled, an image upload button appears in the chat widget. Visitors can share screenshots, photos, or any image, and the AI will respond based on what it sees.
How It Works
- Visitor uploads an image - They click the image button and select a file
- AI analyzes the image - The AI sees and understands the image content
- Contextual response - AI responds based on both the image and conversation
Use Cases
Image Vision is great for situations where seeing is better than describing:
Troubleshooting
Users share error screenshots for faster debugging
Product Identification
Help users find products by sharing photos
Navigation Help
Guide users when they can't find something
Verification
Verify order details, receipts, or documents
What the AI Can See
When a visitor uploads an image, the AI can:
- Read text - Error messages, labels, buttons, and any visible text
- Identify elements - UI components, products, objects in the image
- Understand context - What the user is trying to do or show
- Provide guidance - Point out specific areas or suggest actions
