Overview

Daily Report automatically analyzes all your chatbot conversations and sends you a daily email highlighting the most important interactions. Our AI identifies key conversation types so you never miss critical customer feedback.

Reports are sent once per day and include conversation highlights, message counts, and analytics from the previous 24 hours.

How It Works

  1. AI analyzes conversations - Every day, our AI reviews all chat sessions from the past 24 hours
  2. Highlights are selected - Up to 5 most important conversations are identified
  3. Email is sent - You receive a summary with direct links to each conversation

Setup

Enabling daily reports takes just one click:

Go to Daily Report Settings From your website menu, click "Daily Report"

Toggle Enable Turn on the "Enable Daily Email Report" switch

Check Your Inbox Reports arrive daily with yesterday's highlights

Important: Add notifications@asyntai.com to your email whitelist or safe senders list to ensure reports don't end up in spam.

When Reports Are Sent

Daily reports are sent once per day and include all conversations from the previous 24 hours. If there were no notable conversations, you won't receive an email - we only send reports when there's something worth reviewing.

Tip: Each highlight includes a direct link to view the full conversation, so you can quickly follow up on important interactions.

Disable Reports

You can turn off daily reports anytime by toggling the switch off in your Daily Report settings. Changes take effect immediately.
