Overview

AI Notifications let you define custom scenarios that trigger email alerts. When the AI detects a conversation matches one of your scenarios, you receive an email with the conversation details.

This is useful for monitoring bug reports, sales opportunities, customer complaints, or any situation you want to know about immediately.

How It Works

  1. You define scenarios - Describe situations you want to be notified about
  2. AI monitors conversations - Checks each message against your scenarios
  3. Match detected - AI recognizes when a scenario occurs
  4. You get notified - Email arrives with conversation details

When a scenario is detected, you receive an email like this:

Setting up AI Notifications:

Go to AI Notifications Settings From your website menu, click "AI Notifications"

Enter your email Where you want to receive notification alerts

Add your scenarios Define the situations you want to be notified about

Click Enable Your AI will start monitoring for these scenarios

Writing Good Scenarios

Describe scenarios in plain language. Be specific about what you want to catch:

Good Examples

  • "When user reports a bug or technical issue"
  • "When user asks about enterprise pricing or volume discounts"
  • "When user expresses frustration or dissatisfaction"
  • "When user wants to cancel or requests a refund"

Too Vague

  • "Important messages" - AI can't determine what's important to you
  • "Sales leads" - Be specific about what makes someone a lead
  • "Problems" - Specify what type of problems

Common Use Cases

Bug Reports

"When user reports a bug, error, or something not working"

Sales Opportunities

"When user asks about pricing, plans, or wants to upgrade"

Unhappy Customers

"When user is frustrated, angry, or wants to cancel"

Enterprise Leads

"When user mentions enterprise, team, or bulk pricing"

Tip: You can add multiple scenarios. Each scenario is checked independently, so you'll be notified whenever any of them match.

Important: AI Notifications only work when enabled. If disabled, the AI won't monitor for your scenarios.
