Step 1: Get Your Embed Code

First, go to your Asyntai Dashboard and scroll down to the "Embed Code" section. Copy your unique embed code which will look like this:

Note: The code above is just an example. You must copy your own unique embed code from your Dashboard as it contains your personal widget ID.

Step 2: Using Analytics Tracking Code

Leadpages allows you to add tracking scripts via the Analytics section:

  1. Open your Leadpages page in the editor
  2. Click "Page Settings" (gear icon)
  3. Go to the "Analytics" tab
  4. Paste your Asyntai embed code in the "Head Section Tracking Code" area
  5. Click "Save" and publish your page

Tip: The Head Section Tracking Code is the recommended location. Your chatbot script loads asynchronously so it won't affect page load speed even in the head section.

Step 3: Verify Installation

After saving and publishing your changes, visit your Leadpages page in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to make sure it opens and works correctly.

Not seeing the widget? Make sure you saved your page settings and published your page. Try clearing your browser cache or viewing in an incognito window.
