Step 1: Get Your Embed Code

First, go to your Asyntai Dashboard and scroll down to the "Embed Code" section. Copy your unique embed code which will look like this:

Note: The code above is just an example. You must copy your own unique embed code from your Dashboard as it contains your personal widget ID.

Step 2: Using HTML/CSS Settings

Instapage has a built-in HTML/CSS editor for adding custom scripts:

  1. Open your Instapage landing page in the editor
  2. Click "Settings" in the editor toolbar
  3. Go to the "HTML/CSS" section
  4. Paste your Asyntai embed code in the "Head" section
  5. Click "Save" and republish your page

Tip: Instapage also offers a "Body" section in HTML/CSS settings. Either location works, but the Head section is recommended for chat widgets as it ensures early loading.

Step 3: Verify Installation

After saving and publishing your changes, visit your Instapage page in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to make sure it opens and works correctly.

Not seeing the widget? Make sure you saved your settings and republished your page. Try clearing your browser cache or viewing in an incognito window.
