How to Add Asyntai AI Chatbot to Carrd

Step 1: Get Your Embed Code

First, go to your Asyntai Dashboard and scroll down to the "Embed Code" section. Copy your unique embed code which will look like this:

Note: The code above is just an example. You must copy your own unique embed code from your Dashboard as it contains your personal widget ID.

Step 2: Add Embed Element (Requires Pro Plan)

Carrd allows you to add custom code through an Embed element. Follow these steps:

  1. Open your Carrd site in the editor
  2. Click "Add Element" (the + button)
  3. Select "Embed"
  4. Set Type to "Code"
  5. Paste your Asyntai embed code in the "Code" field
  6. For Style, choose "Hidden" and select "Before closing body tag"
  7. Save and publish your site

Note: Adding embed elements with custom code requires a Carrd Pro Standard plan or higher. The free plan does not support code embeds. You can upgrade to Pro directly from your Carrd dashboard.

Step 3: Verify Installation

After saving and publishing your changes, visit your Carrd site in a new browser tab or incognito window. You should see the chat widget button in the bottom right corner. Click it to make sure it opens and works correctly.

Not seeing the widget? Make sure you saved and published your site after adding the code. Try clearing your browser cache or viewing in an incognito window. Double-check that the code was pasted in the "Footer" field under Custom Code.
