Guide

An AI assistant for Solidarity Tech websites

Why organisations on Solidarity Tech add an assistant

Solidarity Tech brings contacts, events, texting, calling and website pages together for organising work.

People who find your website often want to take a first step. An assistant answers their question while they are ready to act.

Answering event and membership questions

Meeting times, locations, dues and childcare come up before every event. Volunteers have limited time to reply.

The assistant answers from your pages, so more people arrive at the meeting.

Taking help requests

Some visitors have an urgent problem. The assistant listens, asks for the key details and saves the request.

An organiser then gets the full conversation and can follow up personally.

Setup with the site-wide Head field

In Pages, the Settings tab of each website has a Site-wide HTML Head Content field. The snippet goes there one time.

Save the settings, then open the website to see the chat on every page.

Learning from your community

Every chat is saved. You see which issues, events and campaigns people ask about most.

Use that to plan meetings, write clearer pages and choose the next campaign.

Answer every supporter on your Solidarity Tech site

Paste one snippet into the site-wide Head field and start answering people today. The first 50 messages are free.
