Guide

An AI assistant for Newsifier news sites

Why publishers on Newsifier add an assistant

Newsifier gives publishers a news website with an admin panel, ads and page building tools.

Readers who need help often email the newsroom. An assistant answers most of those questions on the site.

Answering reader service questions

Logins, cancellations, newsletters and e-paper access make up most reader messages.

The assistant answers from your help pages, so editors keep their time for reporting.

Collecting tips and ad leads

Some messages are valuable: a news tip or a local business that wants to advertise.

The assistant collects the details and passes them to the right team.

Newsifier Version 1 sites have Header Code and Footer Code in Settings, under the Other tab. The snippet goes into Footer Code.

Version 2 sites use Global Scripts in Buildifier instead.

Learning from your readers

Every chat is saved. You see which account topics and sections readers ask about most.

Use that to improve help pages, newsletters and subscription offers.

Answer every reader on your Newsifier site

Paste one snippet into Footer Code and start answering readers today. The first 50 messages are free.

No card required to start.
