In WordPress, go to Astra > Site Builder, add a new layout and choose Hooks.

Paste and set the action

Turn on the Code Editor, paste the snippet, choose wp_footer as the action and set Display On to Entire Website.

Publish and check

Click Publish, clear any cache and open your site in a private window to see the chat.

How do I add the code in Astra?

Go to Astra > Site Builder, add a new Hooks layout, turn on the Code Editor and paste the snippet. Choose wp_footer as the action, set Display On to Entire Website and publish.

I don't see Site Builder.

Site Builder is part of Astra Pro. Install the Astra Pro add-on, activate the Site Builder module, and the menu appears.

I use the free Astra theme.

The free theme has no code hooks. Use a header and footer code plugin, such as WPCode, and paste the snippet in its footer area.

Will the chat stay if I change theme later?

A Hooks layout belongs to Astra. If you might switch themes, a separate footer code plugin keeps the snippet in place.

Can I limit it to some pages?

Yes. In the layout’s Display On setting, choose specific pages or post types instead of the entire website.

Does it affect my Astra layout?

No. The chat floats in a corner and does not change your header, footer or content width settings.

Where does it get its answers?

From the public pages of your site, like services, project pages and FAQs, plus any brochure or guide you upload.

Can homeowners write in other languages?
