Where do I add the code in Beaver Builder?

With the Beaver Builder Theme, go to Appearance > Customize > Code and paste the snippet into Footer code. Then click Publish.

I use the Beaver Builder plugin with another theme.

The Code tab belongs to the Beaver Builder Theme. With another theme, use a header and footer code plugin, such as WPCode, and paste the snippet in its footer section.

Should I use the Javascript code field?

No. That field expects plain JavaScript without script tags. The snippet is a script tag, so it belongs in Footer code.

Can I use an HTML module on a page?

An HTML module adds the snippet to one layout only. For a chat on every page, use the Footer code field.

Will it change my layouts?

No. The chat is a small floating button on top of your design. Your rows, columns and modules stay the same.

Will my pages load slower?

The script is loaded async, so your Beaver Builder rows and modules render first and the chat button is added after them.

Where do the answers come from?

From your own website: service descriptions, checklists, areas covered and policies. Upload a PDF price guide or add written rules to fill any gaps.

My customers speak different languages. Is that a problem?
