White label voice AI for agencies

A white label voice AI agent you resell under your own brand

Add each client as a website in your Asyntai account. The agent learns that client's website and documents, answers the voice button in their chat widget, and can answer their phone numbers. You set the price, and your clients see your brand.

What you sell

One voice agent for each client, run from your dashboard

Every client is a website in your account. Each one has its own knowledge, its own rules and its own greeting, so each agent sounds like that business.

Answers from the client's own content

Add the client's website and Asyntai reads its pages. Upload price lists, menus or terms. The agent answers from that material and the AI Instructions you write for that client, and it does not invent prices or policies.

A voice button on the client's website

Turn on the voice button and visitors can talk to the assistant in the chat widget instead of typing. They hear the answer out loud, and the transcript stays in the chat.

The client's phone numbers

Connect the client's Twilio account to their website and import their numbers. The agent answers those calls, puts callers through to a person during business hours, and takes callback requests at other times.

Your brand, your price

The agent says it is an AI assistant, then says the greeting you wrote with the client's name. On Standard and Pro you can remove "Powered by Asyntai" from the chat widget, and you bill the client whatever you choose.

Per client

Each client's agent knows that client's business

Switch between client websites in the dashboard. Everything below belongs to one client and is used only by that client's agent.

  • Their website, page by pageWhen a page changes, have Asyntai read it again, and the agent uses the new version.
  • Their documents and AI InstructionsRules in plain English, for example what to say about prices or when to offer a callback.
  • Custom Tools for live dataIf the client has an API, for example for bookings or orders, the agent can look up live data during the call. Standard plan and higher.

What the client's callers hear, and what the client receives

The same steps run on every client's website and phone number. You set them up once per client.

  • AI disclosure, then the client's greetingThe agent says it is an AI assistant, then says the greeting you wrote, for example "Thanks for calling Riverside Dental". The caller talks normally and can cut in at any time.
  • A person when the caller asksWith Escalate to Human on, a phone caller is put through to the client's transfer number during their hours. At other times the agent takes a name and a number and emails the request to the address you set for that client.
  • Transcripts and leadsEvery call is saved as a conversation with the full transcript. A phone number the caller gives is read back to them and saved as a lead when they confirm it.

Set up a client

From a new client to a working voice agent in four steps

You need an Asyntai Standard plan or higher. For phone calls, the client needs an upgraded Twilio account with a voice-capable number, or you can run the Twilio account for them.

  1. Add the client's website in your dashboard and upload their documents. Write the AI Instructions for that client.
  2. On the Voice Agent page, write the greeting with the client's name and make a free test call in the browser. Turn on the voice button for their chat widget.
  3. On the Phone Calls page, connect the client's Twilio account and import the numbers the agent should answer. Enter a transfer number for each one.
  4. Give the client a portal token so they see their chats, analytics and leads on your website, under your brand.

What your plan covers for all clients, and what each client has

Voice minutes and lines belong to your account and are shared by every client website on it. Knowledge, rules and phone numbers belong to each client.

FAQ

White label voice AI agent: questions from agencies

What resellers ask before they offer a voice agent to their clients.

Do my clients see the Asyntai name?

Callers do not hear it. The agent says it is an AI assistant and then says the greeting you wrote for the client. On Standard and Pro you can remove "Powered by Asyntai" from the chat widget in one click, and client portals run on your own website under your logo.

Do I need a separate Asyntai account for each client?

No. Add each client as a website in your account. Each website has its own knowledge, AI Instructions, greeting, voice button and phone numbers. Your plan's voice minutes and lines are shared by all of them.

Whose Twilio account answers the phone calls?

The one you connect to the client's website on the Phone Calls page. It can be the client's own account, so their numbers and call charges stay with them, or an account you run for them. The Twilio account must be upgraded, because a trial account cannot be used.

How much should I charge my clients?

That is your decision. Your cost is your Asyntai plan, shared by all clients, plus the Twilio charges for each client's numbers and calls. The table above shows what the plan includes, so you can work out a price per client.

What happens when my minutes run out?

Calls are declined with a short message until the minutes reset, and the voice button is hidden from the chat widgets. The dashboard shows how many minutes are used this month. For more minutes, use the Custom Pro Plan.

Can a caller reach a person at the client's business?

Yes. Enter a transfer number for each imported phone number and turn on Escalate to Human with the client's hours. During those hours, a caller who asks for a person is put through. At other times, and when nobody answers within 20 seconds, the agent takes a name and a callback number and emails the request to the address you set.

What do my clients see after the calls?

Every call is saved as a conversation with the full transcript in your dashboard. With a portal token, the client sees their chats, analytics and leads on your website, including the phone numbers callers confirmed.

Can I try it before I sell it?

Yes. Add a client's website, write a greeting, and make a free test call in the browser on the Voice Agent page. Test calls do not use your voice minutes.

Reselling a voice AI agent without building one

Agencies that build websites, run ads or manage support for small businesses get the same request again and again: the client misses calls, and the client's website visitors want answers outside office hours. A white label voice AI agent lets you sell a fix for both, under your own brand, without building a voice platform. This page explains how that works with Asyntai, written for an agency that will set the agent up for its clients and bill them for it.

The structure is simple. You have one Asyntai account. Each client is a website in that account. For each client you add their website, upload their documents and write their AI Instructions, the plain English rules the agent follows. The agent answers from that material only, so it talks about the client's services, prices and hours, and it offers a callback request when a question is not covered. If the client has an API, for example for bookings or orders, Custom Tools let the agent look up live data during the call on the Standard plan and higher.

There are two ways for people to talk to the agent. The first is the voice button in the client's chat widget: a visitor taps it, talks, and hears the answer out loud, and the conversation stays in the chat. The second is the client's phone. On the Phone Calls page you connect a Twilio account to the client's website and import the numbers the agent should answer. The Twilio account can be the client's own, so the numbers and call charges stay with them, or one you run for them. A trial Twilio account cannot be used.

On every call the agent first says that it is an AI assistant, and then says the greeting you wrote, with the client's name in it. The caller talks normally and can interrupt the agent. When a phone caller asks for a person, the agent puts them through to the client's transfer number during the Escalate to Human hours you set. If nobody answers within 20 seconds, or it is outside those hours, the agent takes the caller's name and number, reads the number back for the caller to confirm, and emails the request to the address you set for that client.

Your brand stays in front. Callers never hear the Asyntai name. On Standard and Pro you can remove "Powered by Asyntai" from the chat widget, and portal tokens give each client a dashboard of their chats, analytics and leads on your own website, under your domain and logo. Every call is saved with its full transcript, and a phone number a caller confirms is saved as a lead, so the client sees what the agent did for them.

Pricing is the part to plan before you sell. Voice minutes and lines belong to your account and are shared by all client websites. Standard costs $139 a month and includes 200 voice minutes and 2 calls at the same time. Pro costs $449 a month and includes 1,500 voice minutes and 5 calls at the same time. Minutes are counted by the second, for web calls and phone calls alike, and test calls from the dashboard do not count. Each answer on a call also uses one AI reply from your plan. If your clients need more, the Custom Pro Plan adds voice minutes, up to 200,000 a month, and more calls at the same time. Twilio bills the numbers and call minutes to whichever Twilio account you connected. What you charge your clients is up to you.

The best first step is to hear it with a real client's content. Add the client's website, write a greeting, and make a free test call in the browser on the Voice Agent page. When the answers are right, turn on the voice button, connect the phone numbers and give the client a portal token. The reseller program page covers white label and client portals, and the voice agent documentation shows each setting.
