Asyntai Shopify App Documentation

Need a quick refresher on installation and management? This guide covers the essentials in one place.

Getting Started

Install the Asyntai AI Chatbot app from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin.
Click “Get started” to log in or create a free Asyntai account, then follow the on-screen steps.
Use the “Open Theme Editor” button to jump straight to the Asyntai embed section.
Enable the Asyntai toggle, click Save, and the widget will appear on your storefront.

Account & Settings

Chat logs, instructions, and customization live in the Asyntai dashboard at asyntai.com/dashboard.
To reset or reconnect the app, use the “Reset” link inside the Shopify admin UI and repeat the connect flow.
