Asyntai is an AI customer support chatbot for websites. It answers visitor questions 24/7 using the client's own content — their website, documents and FAQs — so replies are specific to their business, not generic. It also captures leads (emails and phone numbers) from visitors, and on e-commerce stores it can recommend products. You can try it live in the chat on asyntai.com.
Three ways. It answers repetitive customer questions instantly, around the clock — so your client's inbox shrinks and visitors get answers at 2 AM, not next business day. It captures leads from visitors who would otherwise leave without a trace. And on online stores it recommends products and answers product questions, which directly helps sales. For your clients it feels like hiring a support person who never sleeps, at a fraction of the cost.

There is no fixed commission — you keep the full margin between what you charge your client and your plan cost. For example, if you charge a client $200/month on the Pro plan ($449/month covering up to 20 client websites), your cost per client is about $22, so roughly $178/month margin per client, recurring. Many resellers also bundle the chatbot with their other services, such as websites, automation, or support retainers.

Yes, completely. You decide what to charge each client and keep the difference. Your pricing is never visible to us, and our pricing is never visible to your clients.
Your clients pay you directly — you invoice them under your own brand at your own prices, using whatever invoicing you already have. Your only payment to us is the plan subscription. We never invoice your clients and never appear in their billing.
The chat widget can be fully your brand — the "Powered by Asyntai" footer is removable on the Pro plan. On the Standard plan, email us at hello@asyntai.com and we can enable it manually if you are a reseller. The client dashboard carries your logo, brand name and colors, and lives on your own website under your own domain — see the live example. The one exception: notification emails are not white-labeled, but they go to you, not your clients, and everything in them is also visible in the dashboard.
Yes — you paste a small JavaScript snippet on any page of your website and it displays a full client dashboard there: chat logs with full transcripts, analytics, and the collected leads (exportable to CSV). It runs under your own domain and your own branding, so your clients view everything on your site without ever seeing us. You create one token per client, and each token only ever shows that client's data. You can also protect each dashboard with a password and restrict it to your own domain. Automatically — you point it at the client's website and it crawls the content on its own, usually live in minutes. On top of that you can add documents, FAQs and a custom knowledge base, so the bot answers using the client's own information rather than generic replies.
Yes. The chat widget interface supports 32 languages and auto-detects each visitor's browser language, and the AI responds in the visitor's language. You can resell to clients in any market.
Each plan includes a monthly message allowance shared across the websites on it: Starter 2,500 messages/month, Standard 15,000, Pro 50,000. There is no limit on how many visitors can chat. For most client websites this is far more than they use; if a client grows beyond it, you upgrade the plan.
You can configure a custom Pro plan — choose the number of websites and the monthly message volume you need, and you see the price instantly. So you can keep growing past 20 clients on a single account.

You own the client relationship — your clients talk to you. We back you up on anything technical: bugs, setup questions, feature questions. In practice there is little to support: the service is fully hosted, there is nothing to maintain, and the chatbot learns each client's website content automatically.
No. There are no partner fees, no minimum sales targets and no contracts. Plans are monthly — you can start with a single client and upgrade as you grow.
Any website. There are ready plugins for WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and 30+ platforms, and any other site — including custom-built ones — works with a one-line JavaScript snippet.

As a reseller, clients buy from you: you set your own prices, bill clients directly and keep the full margin. As an affiliate, clients buy directly from us and you earn a 20% recurring monthly commission, tracked in your affiliate dashboard with a personal tracking link.
